The Rooms

Each room has an emergency call system; a direct telephone line for internal and external calls; cable TV. The basic lay-out includes an electric hospital bed, a hospital bedside table, a spacious cupboard, a table and two chairs. Guests may furnish their rooms themselves, wherever possible.

Full board includes meals and a dietary service working in conjunction with the treatment coordinator, the chef and our specialised nutrition service. The daily accommodation cost includes the changing of bed linen, towels and daily room cleaning.

Moreover patients can benefit from:

• daily treatment from the nursing staff (on call 24 hours/day)
• 24-hour medical assistance
• physiotherapy, as prescribed by a physician
• a nutritional service
• a series of activities for daily recreation and stimulation in order to stave off cognitive decline and affective disorders
• medication

In addition, the following health services are also available, subject to the approval of the patient’s regular physician and the health insurance:

• Clinical laboratory
• Radiology
• Neuropsychology
• Specialised medical services, both on site and on outside consultation

Upon the request of the doctor, our Neuropsychology service provides personalised check-ups in order to better evaluate and treat typically age-related conditions such as, losses of memory and concentration, language disorders as well as affective and emotional disorders.
